Making a booking
How do I book a tattoo or piercing?

Either visit us in the studio, use the form on our contact page or message us on Facebook or Instagram. A member of the team will get back to you as soon as they can for a consultation. Once you and your artist have made a decision, a 50% non-refundable booking fee will be required to secure your appointment via BACS bank transfer or cash at the time of booking.

How long is your waiting list?

This varies by tattoo and piercing artist at different times. Please contact us to find out more.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable booking fee will be required to secure your appointment at the time of booking. The remaining amount will be required at the start of your appointment.

If your booking is made within 48 hours of the appointment, full payment up-front is required. This policy has been introduced due to several no-shows leaving Artists out of pocket last minute and unable to fill the time.

Can I rearrange my appointment?

You may rearrange your appointment up to 48 hours before, by messaging us on Facebook or Instagram, alternatively email us at heavenNhelltattoos@hotmail.co.uk

On the day of your appointment
Do I need to book in advance?

To avoid disappointment we strongly advise booking in advance, however on occasion we may have walk-in space, please refer to our Facebook or Instagram pages for posts advertising availability.

What if I’m running late for my appointment?

Whilst we understand that some things may delay your arrival, please contact us if you think you are going to be late. We can only hold off an appointment for a certain amount of time or it will hold up other bookings. You may lose your appointment or your tattoo may not be finished if we run out of time.

What if I miss my appointment?

If you miss your appointment without giving us 48 hours notice you will lose your booking fee and will be required to make another one if you want to book in again. To avoid this, please contact us and let us know in advance.

Do I need to bring I.D.?

Yes, for both tattoos and piercing, we operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you appear to be under 25 we will ask for photographic ID. You must be over 18 for tattoos. Certain piercings can be had by children 8 years and over if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to the appointment. We will not accept consent via any other means.

We accept:
- Young Scots Card
- Driving License (Provisional or Full)
- Passport

We do not accept:
- Photocopies
- Parental Consent Letters
- Birth Certificates
- Student I.D.
- Bus or Train Passes

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash is preferred but we do accept BACS bank transfer and PayPal (Please note that an additional percentage will be applied to cover merchant fees.)

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

As we are a close contact business we must limit the amount of people in the studio at any given time so we cannot accommodate guests, however we will endeavour to make your experience a comfortable one.

Exceptions to the rule are as follows:
- If you are under 16 and being pierced, you will require a parent or legal guardian to accompany you.
- If you require a carer to be present

Can I bring a support animal into the studio?

Whilst we're all dog lovers here at Heaven n' Hell, to maintain our legal hygiene requirements, animals are not permitted on the premises, however a carer may assist you instead.
